This 156 acre campus is centrally located in southwest Florida, between Fort Myers and Naples, and is nestled next to the sun drenched beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Clinical/Program Director: An integral aspect of the Ranch is to provide our children the tools to break the cycle of abuse and neglect. The Clinical/Program Director will oversee, administrate and manage the Social Services Department, which includes Counselors and Houseparents. As a licensed Masters or Ph.D. level counselor, he/she will provide mental health expertise and professional counseling for our children.
