On January 20, 2009 Carpenter’s Place in Wichita , Kansas began work on a new home for girls. This home will honor a house mother, Mom Edna Bolin who served 15 years at Maude Carpenter Children’s Home (now Carpenter’s Place).
On December 1, 2008 Michael McAuley began serviing as the new Executive Director for Christian Family Services of the Midwest, in Overland Park, Kansas. Michael is replacing Mark Barone who recently moved to California with his family.
