<div><strong>How?</strong>  Over 100 volunteers are needed in the Mid-South to serve on a special task force to help decrease the number of unnecessary infant deaths.</p>
<p>This group, known as the Fetal and Infant Mortality Review, will:</p></div>
<ul>
<li>Examine the significant social, economic, cultural, safety and health systems factors that are associated with fetal and infant mortality through review of individual cases</li>
<li>Plan a series of interventions and policies that address these factors to improve the service systems and community resources</li>
<li>Participate in the implementation of community-based interventions and policies</li>
<li>Assess the progress of those interventions</li>
