It is our intention to once again outfit each team with up to 15 reversible jerseys, in order to facilitate this we will need your team’s registration and entry fee earlier than we have in the past.  The entry fee is $250.00 and is due on or before February 23^rd.  Each team is limited to 15 players per game and; if we are able to order the jerseys; would receive a maximum of 15 jerseys.  If you have more than 15 willing players you may contact me for the options available.

            We will also be once again offering two tournament divisions; competitive division (Div. I)and a recreational division (Div. II).  In order to accomplish this we would like to have 12-16 teams registered and at least 6-8 of those willing to compete in the recreational division.  Your early registration will be helpful in determining whether we would be able to offer divisional play.

            There will also be affordable food available with all proceeds going to support the Mid-Western Children’s Home.

We look forward to your team’s early registration.  Remember these points:

• The entry fee is $250 per team on or before February 23^rd.  After that date the entry cost is $300
• Each team is to consist of no more than 15 members per game.  Potentially 15 jerseys maximum per team.
• The registration form is to include all team member’s names as well as their addresses and jersey size
• We will have “competitive’ and “recreational” divisions if entries will allow it.  Please check the appropriate box to tell us which division your team wishes to compete in.
• Top teams from last year will be divided into respective pools and each pool filled out by random draw.

• Concessions will be available with proceeds going to Mid-Western Children’s Home.

There will be plenty to do between now and the tournament so I ask that you contact me as soon as possible if you have any questions.  I would encourage teams who have not yet participated to do so.  Join us this year and be a part of a great time and a great program that benefits a great cause!
