THCR is trying to receive a $50,000 grant. The grant will be used towards the renovation and expansion of the “Step Out House”. The “Step Out House” will provide the opportunity for more residents, upon reaching age 18 to take part in THCR’s Supervised Independent Living Program (SILP)
