Chapel of Hope Ribbon Cutting and Dedication
The Chapel of Hope, located on the Medina Campus of Arms of Hope, was dedicated on Saturday, April 14, 2012. The chapel was made possible through the generosity of Curtis and Molly Bedrich of Houston, Texas. They have been generous and active supporters of Arms of Hope for many years. Their dream of leaving a lasting legacy to bless the lives of the children and single-mother families currently being served, as well as those that will be served in the future, became a reality when ground was broken last year on the Chapel of Hope. “God has blessed us and we wanted to provide this special place that we trust will bless the residents, the staff and the many servant volunteers that come to campus each year. May it be a place of refuge, spiritual discovery and renewal,” said Curtis Bedrich.
This new facility on the Arms of Hope – Medina Campus will serve as a place of worship and spiritual sanctuary for the children and families we serve. During the dedication service, guests were enlightened by a wonderful message of hope from Randy Harris, Abilene Christian University Professor of Biblical Studies, which was followed by a campus-wide lunch and open house.
Arms of Hope is deeply grateful to the Bedrich family for their generosity and their willingness to invest in the lives of those seeking hope and we greatly appreciated those who came out to celebrate this special occasion with us.
