On January 8, 2010, Barnes & Noble (Collierville) presented Agape with 1,365 children’s books to further the literacy efforts at Winbranch Apartments, and for use by all youth served via Powerlines Community Network (led by Agape), which works to empower and restore communities such as Winbranch, Bent Tree and other peer neighborhoods.  Due to the special efforts of Lisa Little at Barnes Noble, customers purchased during the holiday season children’s books for children served by Agape in Memphis.
