Agape Hosts First “Healthy Family Screening and Safety Fair” in Whitehaven
On March 12, Agape hosted its first “Healthy Family Screening and Safety Fair” in partnership with Community Outreach United Healthcare, Christ Community Health Services Operation Outreach, National Health Care for the Homeless Council’s TENNCare, Shelby County TENNder Care, and the Memphis Fire Department.
The event, at Bent Tree Apartments in Whitehaven, brought many needed services, including dental care, health screenings, fire safety education and crime-prevention awareness workshops, to the doorsteps of neighborhood families.
