Raintree Village Seeking Child Care Supervisors

Raintree Village is actively seeking to fill the following positions:
1. Full-time Christian couple to serve as “live-in” Child Care Supervisors. Job involves supervising 6 to 8 children and youth in a structured, residential setting 24/7. Benefits include but not limited to: 21 days on- 7 days off rotation schedule, deferred compensation, excellent competitive salary package and most living expenses. Must be 21 years of age or older with at least a High School or GED diploma.
2. Night-Shift Child Care Supervisors for the girl’s cottage. Shift is from 10:00am to 8:00am three to four night per week. Starting pay is $11 per hour. Requires supervisor being awake and doing night checks every fifteen minutes.
Job description: 1) To provide quality supervision of the children in care at all times under the direction of the Social Services professionals, 2) To administer all household responsibilities including; meal preparation, cleaning, upkeep, transportation, etc., 3) To provide opportunities for physical, emotional and spiritual growth to all children in care, and 4) To maintain a safe, healthy environment for all.
