Potter Children’s Home Seeking Foster Parents
Potter Children’s Home and Family Ministries is presently seeking a Christian couple to serve as foster parents in our boys’ house. The foster parents will provide care for up to six boys between the ages of 6 to 18, although the majority of them will be in their early teen years. Duties include structure and supervision, meal preparation, transporting to appointments, participate in planning meetings and other activities, etc
The couples must be faithful members of the church of Christ in good standing, in good physical health, and willing to work with the Potter foster care team, consisting of the Minister of Family Services, counselor and the foster parents. This job requires flexibility, patience, persistence and the ability to provide guidance to youth in a family environment. Salary is based on experience. This is a live-in position with both parents hired.
