Searcy Children’s Homes is looking for an active, faithful, mature social worker in the church of Christ who is willing and able to serve in the ministry of child care as a case manager. Applicant should have a BSW and be willing to seek an MSW. Opportunities would include working with houseparents and young children in residential care, assisting with foster care and adoptions, as well as maternity services. Compensation includes salary, vacation time, flexible schedule, and 99% of full-time employee’s health insurance. Searcy Children’s Homes is looking for an active, faithful, mature, married couple in the church of Christ who enjoy caring for young children and who are willing and able to serve in the ministry of child care. Houseparents would provide care for sibling groups ranging in age from birth to 11 and have opportunities to reach out to the families of the children.
