Christ’s Haven Seeking Riding Instructor
Haven’s Horses, a horsemanship ministry of Christ’s Haven for Children, is seeking to fill the following positions:
Riding Instructor for fall able body classes: Previous horsemanship experience is required and teaching experience preferred. Must be 21 or older for this position. Job entails leading weekly Christian devotions within horsemanship classes; catching & stalling horses prior to classes; teaching students to saddle, ride, and care for their horse; putting horses back in their stalls after class. Licensed Professional Counselor for Psychotherapy Program: Must be a licensed counselor and have previous horse experience. Job entails creating client load, conducting private and group counseling sessions, and keeping required documentation of sessions.
