Case Manager
Arms of Hope-Medina Campus is seeking a full-time case manager who will provide support for daily activities of our single mothers and their children in our Together Program. At Arms of Hope we have an opportunity to serve families coming out of distress or struggle who need case management to help guide them financially, educationally, emotionally and spiritually while providing basic needs. It is our mission to provide these families with guidance, structure and a loving environment in which they can develop and prosper with the goal of obtaining self sufficiency.
