The Children’s Home of Lubbock To Hold Annual Fall Festival
The Annual Fall Festival is held on the campus of The Children’s Home of Lubbock each September. In addition to being a fund-raiser, this event serves as an opportunity for our friends and supporters to enjoy our beautiful campus and get to know students and staff.
The 2010 Fall Festival will held on Saturday, September 18. Festivities begin with the Parade at 10:45 a.m. and will last until around 3pm.
Expected features include inflatable games, and horse-drawn carriages. There will a barbeque meal by Good Tastes, our children’s parade (hayride, carriage, train, tractor, bicycles, floats), a wonderful silent auction and bake sale.
Live entertainment will be provided by Manny Rodgriguez, Hannah Howard, and 8-Second Ride. Children will enjoy rides and inflatable games…and the parade is expected to be, as always, a BIG hit. Adults will especially enjoy the silent auction benefiting the Home.
